A Case of Large Spermatocele Similar which Hydrocele

Abstract
|
|
|
Spermatocele is retention cyst arising mostly from the vasa efferentia.
Most spermatoceles are less than 1cm in diameter and occasionally quite large and may be mistaken for hydroceles.
Herein we report a case of the large spermatocele which was measured by 9.5 X 2 cm in dimension and mistaken for a hydrocele in a 34 years old male, with a brief literature review.
